Night bus to Arequipa

Well the night bus wasn’t too bad, we reckon we got about 6hours sleep and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the mountains!

Arequipa is a gorgeous town – beautiful buildings and parks, with the backdrop of a volcano and mountains. The sun is very strong here, but everything cools down at night. The town is also better for food than our last few stops so we took the opportunity to try some local delicacies….
