Lake Wanaka

This was a short visit, but a fun one! We stopped for lunch by the gorgeous lake, then went to the Puzzling World.

We spent nearly half an hour making our way through the maze challenge. It looked so easy from the outside, especially with raised walkways where you can plan your route! In actual fact, the design is quite clever, with the walkways blocking your view off all the paths you need to see.

Inside the Puzzling world, they have various “illusion rooms”. Mind blowing! To relax afterwards, there are loads of puzzles at all the café tables. A ten-year-old Sophie could have easily spent a week here!
