Queenstown

This youthful ski town has a reputation for adventure – attracting thrill-seekers from around the globe. We got involved, both performing two canyon swings and jumping from the country’s highest bungy, Nevis. They were both incredible, we love the free fall! The bungy is more of a one-off activity though. The canyon swing had more going for it – the style of jumps you can do is only limited by your imagination, and there’s no bounce-back head rush.

To chill out afterwards, we sampled some of the nightlife, but being off season everywhere was quiet! We sipped cocktails at the ice bar, listened to live music at the pub, and compared the two main burger joints in town – Fergburger and Devilburger. We also discovered Cookie Time, a shop entirely dedicated to cookies!
