Vietnamese cookery class
Of course we had to attend a cookery class in Vietnam! Olly thinks this has been his favourite food in South East Asia, with the Hoi An food being the highlight.
We spent an evening with Ho, learning how to make the pancakes for spring rolls, chicken Pho and fish in clay pot. Delicious!
